It is not always easy to remember everyone’s names at meetings and when networking. Wherever necessary we provide name badges for all participants.
We ensure that there is wired internet, wireless internet (for an extra charge), LCD projectors, TV screens and any other equipment you may require. We can also arrange for a speakerphone, photocopier, overhead projector, fax, computer with Microsoft Office 2007, and printer in your meeting room where necessary.
Naturally there are writing pads and whiteboards with pens in our meeting rooms. Some of our meeting rooms also have ‘wall-writes’ and a podium for speakers.
We offer a standard selection of stationery in every meeting room, and we are happy to tailor this selection to suit your needs.
Near your meeting room you will find a host/hostess and a technician. They can help you with photocopying, reservations and technical equipment, or meet any other needs or requirements you may have. We also have our own lighting specialists, audiovisual technicians, interior designers and a premises department that can organise minor structural alterations to our rooms. Our hosts will welcome you and your meeting participants, security guards are on the premises to ensure order, and of course our bartenders and waiting staff will be happy to serve you food and drink. We also offer a parking service in our garage.
