Enjoy a cool dinner-experience at Sea Bar & Restaurant. We offer an exquisite menu bringing you the flavours of Jukkasjärvi in Swedish Lapland, served on plates made of ice!

Try this exotic dinner-experience and make your visit to Stockholm truly special. Two of the dishes are served using a plate and bowl made of pure, clear ice from the Torne River in Northern Sweden.

Starter
Smoked wild duck, served with washed rind mountain cheese and sea buckthorn sherbet

Main
Roe deer top round steak with chanterelle dumpling, smoked pork, candied chestnuts, gravy with soft whey butter and pickled root vegetables

Dessert
Rosehip cheesecake with milk chocolate ice cream and almonds

To enhance your ice menu experience we recommend:
5 cl snaps and a light Swedish lager

1 glass of dessert wine Kracher, Austria
