Are you looking for a hotel in central Stockholm at the best possible price? You can book Nordic Sea Hotel’s rooms in various ways, but to get our best possible prices, book via our website.

We guarantee that you will always be able to access our best prices when you book on our website – that’s our Lowest rate guarantee.

If you should happen to find a cheaper rate on another website within 24 hours we will, once we verify your claim,  offer you the lower rate and an additional 10% discount on the rate. And a surprise gift will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive.

These are the applicable terms and conditions

  • The reservation must be done directly from our website.
  • You have to find a cheaper accomodation on another website within 24 hours, for the same hotel, roomtype, number of persons, arrival date, departure date and with the same booking conditions (method of payment etc.)
  • We have to receive your written claim form for the price warranty within 24 hours from the time when your reservation was made and no later than 72 hours before arrival.
  • The guarantee does not apply for reservations/rates that are not available to the general public such as negotiated rates for travel agents and companies, group and conference rates or when the name of the hotel is not confirmed until after the reservation is made.

This is what you do when you wish to claim the guarantee

Send your written claim to  and include the following information:

  • Complete address to the webpage where you found the lower rate.
  • Confirmation of your reservation where the lower rate applies.
  • Confirmation number for the reservation you made on the Nordic Sea Hotel webpage.
  • Contact information so that we can reach you, either mailaddress, email or telephone number.

We will send you an answer within two working days.
