Modifying/cancelling a reservation online

You can easily modify or cancel a reservation with us directly via our website. Make sure that you have your reservation number to hand and follow the instructions below.

  1. Click on the heading “Modify or Cancel a Reservation” in the right-hand column.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and confirmation number or your e-mail address and password, then click “Search”.
  3. Your Nordic Sea Hotel reservations will be shown in the search results. Select the reservation you want to modify/cancel, then click “Select”.
  4. Follow the instructions below depending on whether your want to cancel or modify your reservation.

Cancel

  1. If you want to cancel, click on “Cancel reservation”.
  2. Click on "OK" for the control question.   
  3. A reservation cancellation will be shown and sent to your e-mail address.

Modify 

  1. Click on “Modify reservation”.
  2. You can now modify your reservation in the usual way. Enter the number of people, date of arrival, date of departure, etc. depending on what you want to change. Then click on “Continue”.
  3. Available rooms and prices will now be shown. If you DO NOT wish to make any changes, just click on “Continue”. If you DO want to change your chosen room, select the alternative which suits you and click on “Continue”.
  4. Your personal details will be shown. All you need to do is to tick the “Confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for your reservation” box and then click on “Confirm reservation” to modify your reservation.
  5. Your changes have now been made, and a new confirmation will be shown. This will also be e-mailed to you.
