Enter your date of arrival, date of departure, number of adults, number of children and any promotional code (if for example you have a company agreement with us or have chosen a special offer from our website).
The dates you have chosen will be shown in blue. You can only book one room at a time. If you require more than five rooms, please contact our group booking department. Up to four people can share our largest rooms (our Superior rooms).
Click on “Continue”.
The left-hand column will now show the available rooms and prices, from the cheapest to the most expensive. Some of our online campaigns can also be marked out depending on the dates you have selected, for example ourEarly Bird campaign.
Breakfast is always included in the price at Nordic Sea Hotel. Clicking on a room category will give a description of the room and show a link to the booking policy. You can also see more pictures of your chosen room by clicking on the small pictures to the right of the large room picture.
Choose the room which suits your requirements and click on “Continue”.
Your chosen room and dates will be shown at the top of the page. Make sure that the details are correct.
Enter your personal informationIf you have made a booking via our website before, enter your e-mail address and password to log in.
Otherwise, fill in the "PERSONAL INFORMATION" form. The mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk. Enter your:* Title* First name* Last name* Address * City* Country * Telephone number.Create a new profile If you will want to book a room online again in the future, we recommend that your check the “Create new profile” box and enter a password in the field which appears below. Your details will then be saved in our system, allowing you to log in using your e-mail address and password next time you book, instead of entering all your details.
If you would like to receive our newsletter, check the “Yes, please send me special offers by e-mail” box.
Special requests You can use the “Comments” field for any special requests or messages. We will do our best to meet your requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that your requests will be met.
Under “Payment Type”, enter the:
*Cardholder name*Card type (We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Eurocard and Diners) *Card number*Expiration date
You can then choose to save your credit card details as part of your profile if you are planning on booking online again in the future.
Confirm bookingFinally, please confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for your booking. Check your booking and then confirm by clicking on “Book reservation”.
You have now made a booking! Your booking confirmation will be displayed including booking details, personal details as well as hotel-, price- and credit card details. Please make a note of your confirmation number or print out the confirmation. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.
