Nordic Sea Hotel launches partnership with Stockholm City Museum- continuing to raise its Stockholm profile.

Nordic Sea Hotel and Stockholm City Hotel“We want to distinguish ourselves from all the anonymous chains of hotels and offer our guests an experience that is a cut above the rest. Stockholm City Museum has the same goal that we have, to enhance the visitor’s experience of Stockholm,” says Anders Johansson, CEO of Nordic Hotel i Stockholm AB.

The partnership between the Nordic Sea Hotel and the City Museum will involve an exchange of services and knowledge. One of the things the City Museum is going to develop is a city walk designed especially for the hotel’s guests, as well as a specially designed Stockholm course for the hotel staff. The City Museum is also going to sell limited edition Stockholm postcards that have been produced by the Nordic Sea Hotel. Meanwhile, the hotel will be keeping its side of the bargain by informing its guests about the museum as well as offering the museum’s publications in the hotel.

“We simply want to partake of their knowledge and experience in order to make ourselves the ultimate Stockholm hotel,” continues Anders Johansson.

The Nordic Sea Hotel works actively with the concept “Reflecting Stockholm” in order to create a hotel that reflects Stockholm, its city atmosphere and cultural life, and working with Stockholm City Museum, which attempts to bring Stockholm and the city’s history to life, is part of this strategy.
